1. Our Commitment

Vyzol ("we", "us", "our") is dedicated to providing a safe, positive, and respectful social media and sharing environment for all our users. Protecting children and minors is our highest ethical and legal priority. This Child Safety Policy outlines our guidelines, moderation mechanisms, and reporting options designed to prevent child exploitation, grooming, and abuse.

2. Age Requirements & Account Bans

Vyzol is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not allow accounts to be created or operated by anyone under 18.

• Proactive Action: If we discover or receive reports that a registered user is under the age of 18, we immediately suspend and permanently terminate the account.
• Data Erasure: All personal data, profiles, videos, and settings linked to a terminated minor's account are immediately and permanently erased from our servers in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

3. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards any material or behavior that exploits or endangers children. This includes but is not limited to:

• CSAM & CSAE: Sharing, uploading, or linking to Child Sexual Abuse Material or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
• Grooming and Contact: Any attempts to solicit, groom, or contact minors for sexual, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Harassment & Cyberbullying: Aggressive, malicious, or abusive behaviors targeted at minor users.

In accordance with federal and international laws, any evidence of CSAM or CSAE detected on our platform is immediately deleted, and the offending IP, account identifiers, and metadata are immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local law enforcement agencies.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Safeguards

To keep our feed safe, we employ strict automated filters and manual moderation protocols:

• Automated Scanning: Uploaded media is scanned for nudity, violence, and forbidden content using cloud-based AI safety tools before it appears on the public feed.
• 24/7 Human Moderation: Our moderation team reviews flagged reports around the clock. Any content deemed harmful to minors is removed instantly.

5. Safety Features: Reporting & Blocking

Every user on Vyzol has direct access to interactive features to control their social safety:

• Report Content: Every video upload, comment, and chat message contains a "Report" button. Selecting this flags the content for immediate review by our admin moderation team.
• Block Users: You can block any user profile at any time. When blocked, the user can no longer view your profile, follow you, see your uploads, or send you chat messages.

6. Guidelines for Parents & Guardians

We encourage parents to monitor their children's online interactions. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under the age of 18 has created an account on Vyzol, please contact us immediately.

To request manual account deletion, please email us with the account username and registered email address. We will verify and process your request immediately.
