• Profile Information: Name, email address, username, and profile picture (collected via Google Sign-In or manual registration).
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Short videos and posts you upload, comments, likes, and posts shared on the platform.
• Social Interaction: Your follower lists, the users you follow, and chat messages sent within the app's internal chat system.
• Location Data: We collect city, state, and country information you provide manually in your profile for leaderboard rankings and country-tier pricing features. We do not track real-time GPS location coordinates.
• Usage Data: Analytical data on how you interact with the app, such as videos watched, time spent in sections, and transactions.

3. Device Permissions

To provide our interactive services, the application requests the following device permissions:

• Camera & Microphone: Required to record and upload videos and profile content.
• Photo Library / Storage: Required to select and upload media files directly from your device.
• Notifications: Required to alert you about likes, new followers, chat requests, and status updates.

4. Advertising & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We use third-party analytics and advertising tools to support the application:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA) to serve personalized or contextually relevant advertisements.
• Firebase Services: Used for database management, user authentication, and analytics processing under strict security terms.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Safety

Vyzol is a community-oriented social space. We strictly prohibit:

• Hate speech, violence, abuse, or harassment of any user.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content.
• Promotion of illegal activities, weapons, or self-harm.

We provide instant in-app reporting tools for users to report violating content and block abusive profiles. We actively moderate all uploads and reserve the right to remove content and ban accounts in breach of these guidelines.

6. Data Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase and Google Cloud Infrastructure. We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. However, please be aware that no security system is 100% secure over the internet.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, we delete this data from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and realize your child has submitted data, please contact us.

8. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can request deletion via:

• In-App: Settings -> Account Status -> Delete Account.
• Web Portal: Submit a request directly through our Account Deletion Request Page.
• Email: Send a manual deletion request to our support email.

Upon deletion, all your uploaded videos, profile details, social interactions, and chat histories are permanently erased from our active databases within 30 days.
